Processing Time

Most orders are handcrafted and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume. If additional processing time is required, we will contact you as soon as possible.

United States Shipping

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.

Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout for an additional cost.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and available carrier services.

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable shipping partners. The carrier selected for your order may vary depending on the destination, shipping service, cost, and overall reliability.

Customs, Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise required by law.

Juicy Lemon Store is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after the carrier accepts your shipment.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Carrier Delays

Delivery times provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, delivery is outside our control. Weather conditions, customs inspections, holidays, labor disruptions, and other unforeseen events may affect transit times.

If your shipment experiences an unexpected delay, we are happy to assist you in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
