Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We provide free shipping to the USA. For international shipping we use competitive rates from UPS and FedEx. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How much does shipping cost?

For all orders to the USA shipping is free! For international or upgraded delivery we calculate the cost at checkout. All orders come with tracking.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We work to get you your package as quickly as we can - we want you to start enjoying your new purchase!

Our goal is to process your order in 1-2 business days and then to get it to the carrier for transit.

Once I order something - what happens next?

You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within just a few business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How do I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped out. You will be able to track it directly with the carrier or using the Shop app.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped. The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed. We usually ship all orders within 1 business days.
