Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship free to all US addresses. International orders ship via UPS and FedEx at competitive rates calculated at checkout. There are a few countries we can't ship to — if yours is one of them, we'll contact you right away.

How much does shipping cost?

US shipping is always free. International and upgraded delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Every order includes tracking.

When will my order arrive?

Each bracelet is handmade with care, so we process orders in 1–3 business days before handing them to the carrier. You'll get an email confirmation when you order and a tracking number the moment it ships.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track it directly with the carrier or in the Shop app.

Returns & Guarantee

What is your return policy and warranty?

Because each bracelet is handmade, we do not accept change-of-mind returns — but we offer size exchanges on every bracelet, and every order is covered by our 100-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship: we repair or replace free of charge, just send us a photo of the issue. From 100 days to 6 months, repairs are available for a $12 fee. Custom designs can be exchanged for size only. Full details on our Returns & Warranty page.

What if my bracelet doesn't fit?

We offer size exchanges on every bracelet — contact us and we'll make it right (buyer covers return shipping). To avoid sizing issues, check the wrist measurement guide on each product page before ordering.

About Our Bracelets

What does the St. Benedict medal mean?

The St. Benedict medal is one of the oldest and most honored medals in the Catholic tradition. It bears the image of St. Benedict of Nursia, the cross, and the initials of the Latin prayer Crux sacra sit mihi lux ("May the holy cross be my light"). For centuries, Catholics have worn it as a call to prayer and a sign of God's protection against evil.

Who is St. Michael, and why wear his medal?

St. Michael the Archangel is the defender of the faithful and the leader of the heavenly host in scripture. Catholics have long asked for his intercession for courage and protection — wearing his medal is a daily reminder of the prayer "St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle."

What is a triple protection bracelet?

Our triple protection bracelets combine three natural gemstones traditionally associated with strength and grounding — tiger's eye, hematite, and black onyx — with a saint medal at the center. The result is a masculine, wearable expression of faith: the stones give the bracelet its character and durability, and the medal is what it's really about.

Are the gemstones genuine?

Yes. Every bracelet uses genuine natural gemstone beads, tarnish-free stainless steel charms, and strong stretch cord built for daily wear.

How do I find my wrist size?

Wrap a soft tape measure (or a strip of paper) snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone, then add about half an inch for comfort. Each product page includes a measurement guide with our size recommendations.

How do I care for my bracelet?

Take it off before swimming or showering, keep it away from perfumes and cleaning chemicals, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth. When putting it on, roll it gently over your hand rather than pulling — that keeps the elastic strong for years.

Can I customize my bracelet?

Yes — we love custom pieces. Add gemstones like rose quartz, amethyst, or moonstone, or extra saint medals through our Customizations & Extras page. Full custom designs are also available; note that custom pieces can be exchanged for size only.

Are your bracelets for men or women?

Both. Many of our designs have a masculine look and were designed for men, but every bracelet is made to be worn by anyone expressing their faith.
