90 - DAYS GUARANTEE

Juicy Lemon Store will repair or replace our handcrafting faults within a 90-day period of receiving the goods. Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship.

Note that after 90 days, insurance against accidental damage does not apply to defects brought on by customer misuse, physical or accidental wear, and/or damage.

1. This rule applies to Juicy Lemon Store items and United States customers. The day count begins with the delivery date. All internship customers, please send a direct message for a solution as well.

A) If the item I made for you isn't as described or there was an issue with it, I'll replace it for free.

WHAT WE NEED: Please take a picture with your phone's camera so I can identify the issue.

B) AFTER 90 DAYS: (From 90 days to 6 months) After sharing the delivery date receipt, I know you will have to purchase a $12 item repair fee (this fee will cover the return and shipping costs) and $18.65 if you prefer signature service.

Are you someone who has a unique sense of style? Do you want me to make some specific type of jewelry? I'd be happy to create a custom one just for you. I want to ensure that you have all the information you need before making a purchase. As a result, it may take a bit longer to show you photographs of the product I am going to manufacture for you. Please note that, due to this extra-time process, returns will not be allowed.

3) EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The buyer takes the responsibility of covering the return and shipping costs, unless the seller's handcrafted item is found to be defective, in circumstances where we have previously agreed to proceed with a return or exchange.
